Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please email help@rinseworks.com to start the return process.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@rinseworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

What Qualifies for a Replacement

RinseWorks is happy to send you a replacement for the defective item still under warranty.

The Claim Process

To begin a warranty claim, please complete the warrant form at the link below.
 
 
Approval for your replacement will come from RinseWorks after your claim has been reviewed.  This evaluation process usually takes 1-3 business days.
