We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept: PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. It’s a fast and secure way to bypass guest checkout and purchase our products online. PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay have all your your details saved, so all it takes is an email address and password to safely complete your online purchase.
We aim to process and dispatch all completed orders within 24 business hours M-F. All Items will be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. The vast majority of our goods come with free postage and packing when shipped domestically within the United States. For this service we use USPS or FedEx, depending on the size of the order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Once you receive the shipment email your order has been processed successfully.
You can check the status of your order by visiting the Order Tracker page. This will tell you at which stage of the delivery process your order is. Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left our facility..
Yes, you can change your order or address if needed. We fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the next day they are placed. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at help@rinseworks.com If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your RinseWorks products for any reason, you can return them within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for a full refund – no questions asked.
Newly purchased, RinseWorks products and parts are warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase
If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know – contact our customer support – within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets processed and shipped.
