Terms and Conditions for RinseWorks, Inc.

Privacy Policy

We will not use your details for any purpose other than to prepare, dispatch and deliver your goods. All information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party except for the completion and delivery of your purchase.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your RinseWorks products for any reason, you can return them within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for a full refund – no questions asked.

3 Year Limited Warranty:

RinseWorks, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects resulting from faulty manufacturing or faulty components under the following terms and conditions:

I. Warranty Length

Newly purchased, previously unopened RinseWorks products and parts are warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase, except as noted. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer.

II. Who Is Protected

This warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer/purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

III. What is not Covered by the warranty:

1. Any product which has been modified.

2. Normal wear and tear.

3. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
·         Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions included with the product.
·         Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by RinseWorks, Inc..
·         Shipping or transport damage (claims must be made with the carrier)
·         Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
4. Removal or installation charges.
5. Return Shipping charges.
6. Any incidental charges.

IV. Exclusion Of Damages

RinseWorks, Inc. sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. RinseWorks shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business, or for liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.

V. Limitations Of Implied Warranties
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the warranty length specified in Paragraph I.

VI. Local Law And Your Warranty
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights granted under local law. These rights may vary.

Warnings

The Aquaus Handheld Bidet and Diaper Sprayer valves should always be turned off after use. No handheld/hand held sprayer/hose, including our models, should be left on or under constant water pressure when not being used.  The internal parts of the sprayer or hose could leak due to daily wear and tear, misuse, or a malfunction. 

If you do not turn off the Aquaus valve you risk water damage to your home/establishment.  The Aquaus includes a solid brass, high quality ¼ turn valve that only takes one second to turn off.  Turning off the Aquaus valve and releasing the water pressure will also increase the longevity of your sprayer and hose.  Handheld sprayers and hoses are not designed for use as a valve, the spring or rubber seal inside the sprayer/hose could malfunction and leak causing water damage when left under pressure. 

Rinseworks, Inc. will not be responsible for any water damage caused from the sprayer, hose, or fittings if left under continuous water pressure. 

 

Delivery of purchased goods

We aim to process and dispatch all completed orders within 24 business hours.  All Items will be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. The vast majority of our goods come with free postage and packing when shipped domestically within the United States.  For this service we use USPS or FedEx, depending on the size of the order. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail.

Orders shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS.

In the event a delivery attempt is made and the customer is not available to receive the goods or refuses to accept the goods and they are returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the initial delivery charges and any charges to have the product redelivered.

Our products are offered subject to availability. In the rare event we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you and offer an immediate refund. If goods are being delivered outside of the United States, you as the purchaser will be responsible for any customs or duties that may be applicable to that country or territory.

If goods are not received

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by USPS or FedEx.  If it is of absolute importance you require your product by a certain date, we strongly advise you to contact us and we will be able to tailor the shipping times to fit your needs.

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information.  All information will be sent to the buyer once shipped.

In the rare event an item is lost by USPS or FedEx, please note that we are unable to replace the product until you have complied with the USPS or FedEx procedures for tracking down the package. 

Please allow 5 working days for your goods to arrive by USPS or FedEx, if you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please advise by contacting us at help@rinseworks.com with your order number. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from us. You must notify us with 10 days of the purchase date if an item has failed to arrive, after this date will be unable to support any claim.  We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction, remember if it is urgent we recommend you contact us and choose an expedited shipping method.

Damaged or missing items

It is essential you open and check the condition of your order as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. In the rare situation your order arrives with damaged or missing components this must be notified in writing and emailed to us (help@rinseworks.com) as soon as possible.

Pricing

Please note all prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to add and discontinue product lines as we see fit and without advance notice.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for a 30 day period from the purchase date.  Returns must be received in a like new, resalable condition.  Damaged packaging, missing or used parts will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping.   Buyer will be refunded the full purchase price (if returned in like new condition) less the initial cost of shipping.

All international sales are final.  Please be sure that all parts will connect prior to placing your order.

Exchange Policies

Customers are urged to try new products.  RinseWorks, Inc. offers a no hassle exchange policy.  If a product is received and it does not fit, is not what is expected, appears to be a faulty part, etc… please contact us if you would like to exchange the current product for a different product offered on our website.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the unwanted/unused product.  RinseWorks will gladly ship the new product to you free of charge.

To initiate the exchange process, please contact the RinseWorks Help Desk to receive an RMA# to include with the product being exchanged.
