Very simple to install. Kind of a no-brainer since it was made in the USA. I have been using handheld bidets for years and this is by far the highest quality, most ergonomically advanced sprayer I have ever owned. I love this new spray head, it actually has a valve inside the sprayer that allows you to adjust the water pressure from the spray wand. Highly recommend, don't buy into the other gimmicks that other companies are offering. This is the bidet everyone needs.
Love this Bidet!! I've had many different types of bidets over the years, but this one is the bomb!! The dual pressure controls on the sprayer and long spray head with small spray pattern is awesome. Once you get the hang of using the 2 thumb levers you can easily spray a small stream to locate the target spot then blast away and your hand stays dry. Unlike using those sprayers with the push button on the back of the spray head, which are basically kitchen sink sprayers that always leaked because they are not made to be pressurized. The Aquaus sprayer has a brass valve cartridge like in my sink faucets that never leak. I also love the high quality brass shut-off valve included with the on-off knob in front and hose threads located so the hose hangs down straight. Last 2 bidet sprayer had the shut-off valve knob was hard to reach in back under the toilet tank and the hose threads on the side so the hose bent down causing it to leak at the bend. Last, I really like the stainless steel hose smaller diameter that stays totally flexible during use. Last sprayer I had the hose got stiff and hard to bent during use. I highly recommend this bidet system.
I love this item!! I cannot say enough about it. The item is of solid construction and design. It fits nicely in hand. I like that its not too bulky and very powerful if you wish to clean anything other than yourself this will definitely do the job. I have it mounted to the side of my toilet. You can't see it from the door which I really like. Only if you are looking head on at the toilet can you see it. I like it so much I have purchased 2 of them.
The best part is the control of flow. It's so easy to to use the 360 tech to get a perfect stream for you. Its a much more controlled experience as opposed to the ones that look like kitchen sink sprayers. This is far superior. The price may give you pause but don't fret, it is definitely worth every penny.
It is easy to install. Took maybe 5 minutes and you don't even need tephlon tape for a liquid tight seal, no tools required either. I have house guests coming and they have already thanked me. lol
Our family has been fans of the Japanese-style bidets (Toto, Brondell) that have a warm water tank and are semi-automatic. Our new home has no AC outlets in the toilet room, and the tiled walls make adding one a hassle. This unit is an excellent and relatively inexpensive alternative. I don't really notice the cold water and the "power" and "aim" are as good. If you haven't checked out the Aquaus 360 video online, you need to. You'll be sold at the corn... Why are so many Americans weirded-out by the bidet concept? I've gotten to the point where I feel a little uncivilized without one.
I bought this product as I am a caregiver for two individuals, this spray unit working great. Everything about it works well including the hanger bracket, the control valve on the spray wand and the ball valve to shut the water supply off at the connection near the toilet tank. Installation was a snap, taking no more than five minutes. I have used this bidet sprayer on myself, finding that it works very well for self-cleaning. I will buy a second for our half bath.
Just bought 4 bidets today. It was so easy to remove the parts from the packaging and installed the 4 bidets without any tool in ~20 minutes! The valve looks sturdy and the bidet is conveniently lightweight and has more controlled valve adjustment. Will add another review once I verified durability.
This is a great product. I like the the extension you can add to make it longer so you don't have to stick your hand down in the bowl. The toggle design makes it easy to control the amount of spray. It's everything as described, the installation was a breeze, easy to reach turn off at tank.
The on and off switch is very convenient and it comes with several size attachments to adapt to your personal use. It is very easy to install too. I didn’t want to buy the seat bidet so I can control where it goes and this is the best option I’ve found. I highly recommend this product.
Easy to install, easy to use, and easy to keep clean. The use of water , directed by ones hand, is by far the most sanitary way to finish ones "business ". Beware : if you use this product, you Will shun the western way of "finishing" and you may lobby for one at work. :)
I thought it would be very difficult to install. Not at all! My daughters and I LOVE it!
Exactly what I was looking for and very very trust me very easy to install!
I just purchased a 2nd for other bathroom; yes it's that good). -- It's a shame I waited so long to get one of these. Installed in about 10 minutes, no leaks, works great and feels like quality. The naivety of thinking wet wipes were the cleanest option available. This item is highly convenient and I regret not knowing about it until now. You know, American, just assumed a bidet was a separate porcelain device; had no idea this affordable hand held existed. Ladies...I recently learned about the chemicals that are in most baby wipes and it turns out they were the culprit to the sensitive lady bits problem I've had for years. Girls pee often, t.p. doesn't feel clean enough, baby wipes afterwards, even at work...led to an often raw and easily irritated, um...you know. My BF is the one who did research into it, found baby wipes without propylyne glycol, other chemicals etc., and suggested the bidet. I use safer bb-wipes at work, bidet at home. In ONE week, I've already noticed a difference; I'm no longer hyper irritated down there and intimacy has improved immensely because of it. Oh, and I've never received compensation, discount or any breaks for anything I've purchased on amazon. If something impresses me, I write a review. This item definitely impresses me and is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
So far I’m very impressed with this well made product that was very easy to install. The toilet adapter handgrip nut made the installation very easy without using tools. My toilet had a flexible water line with a handgrip nut so the installation only took me about 5 min and I’m a girl. The Aquaus 360 sprayer design is really unique and I was skeptical about it until I used it. The pressure control levers on the sprayer works really good and very easy to push with your thumb to adjust the spray pressure. I really like that the pressure levers stay where you push them, which makes it very comfortable to hold. It's really cool how you can flip it over and control the spray pressure from either side. The spray pattern and pressure is also really nice and cleans quickly and feels so good. The 360 sprayer is not metal, but considering the quality I don’t see any advantage in making it metal. My friend who is a plumber took it apart and found a high quality brass valve cartridge with ceramic disk seals, what ever that is. He said for this type of application the ABS polymer sprayer body and brass valve should last for many, many years without leaking and ceramic disk seals usually last for 25 years and are used in all kitchen and bathroom faucets today. He also told me making a sprayer out of metal doesn’t make it better, especially if it has a spring valve where a spring pushes a rubber seal closed when the button is released; if the spring or rubber seal fails it will leak. Spring valves are used mostly in kitchen sink sprayers, which is what my last metal bidet sprayer was that did start leaking after about 8 months of use. It was also hard to hold, keep your hand clean and had no pressure control. Another part of the 360 I like is the shutoff valve handle extends out so you can easily reach it. This design also allows the hose to hang straight down in front behind the handle. The last hand bidet I had the toilet adapter was made so the handle was on one side and the hose screwed on the other side. This made the hose bend down causing it to leak behind the nut. I’ve seen other reviews with this same hose problem. My last bidet sprayer toilet adapter shut-off valve handle was also difficult to reach especially if you face the hose to the front for more hose length, which puts the valve handle behind the toilet. The Aquaus 360 is really designed correctly and the sprayer is very comfortable to hold and control the pressure, which to me is the most important feature.
This sprayer hangs right on the side of your toilet tank, making "freshening up", quick and easy. I questioned the "cold water aspect", but it's actually quite refreshing during this hot CA summer! It's taken me a few times to get the "maneuvering" of the wand down. The 1st couple of times, the cabinet next to the toilet got sprayed! 😜😜The installation was quick and easy. Took my husband about 5 min. to install. In fact, the day it came, and I showed it to him and said how excited I was to try it, he smiled and rolled his eyes. But a couple of days later, after working outside in 100' weather, he came out of the bathroom, all smiles, and said "Aah, that felt nice" I ask him, "what did." And he shyly said, "your little sprayer thingy!!" NOT SO SILLY AFTER ALL!! This sprayer is made out of high quality materials, and looks like it will give US years of "freshening up" !!
A must have if convenience and personal cleanliness are important. Very easy to connect. The spray can be adjusted from kitten soft to hurricane strength. And it's easy to adjust the temperature with this sink attachable hand held bidet. There's no need to pony up hundreds for a stand alone bidet fixture. With this Aquas hand held "360 unit" you don't need to be one of Robin Leach's rich and famous to have the benefits of bidet personal hygiene. This unit comes with a steel clip that easily attaches under the toilet tank lid for storing the wand when not in use. I find the little handle that's on the sink end is easy to turn on and off. Just remember to flip it back to sink usage when finished. This bidet comes with a standard five foot hose unit which is fine for my needs. I'm not sure if the company offers a longer version for larger bathrooms where the toilet is a distance away from the sink. My only issue with this excellent product are the on and off markings on the wand. The on and off are quite small especially for those who have to resort to reading glasses. Hopefully this will be rectified in the near future. Larger embossed on and off markings would do the trick. When first using be patient when it comes to aiming and avoiding splashing. I understand Rinse Works the parent company is creating a travel version. If it's half as good as this unit count me in for ordering one. I plan on giving these bidets as gifts to loved ones and friends. Customer service is excellent; helpful and courteous. A bargain at even twice the price. I've also used my hand held bidet for pressure rinsing my tub and cleaning my cat's litter pan with excellent results. My toilet paper usage has dropped exponentially! Sorry Mr. Whipple I need less Charmain to squeeze.
After using the new Aquaus 360 for over a month... I can say for my wife and I, it’s really the only bidet you need. We’ve had many different style bidet sprayers and seat attached bidets over the past 20 years. But to us, this sprayer design with the 2 thumb pressure controls and long thin spray head is the best design we’ve found. It’s so easy to insert the spray head under your bottom and rinse completely clean in a few seconds without getting your hand wet & messy. The more we use the 360 the more we love it. Also, very easy to install and no leaking. Do yourself a favor and try it!
Why didn't I think of installing one of these sooner? OMG what a great little tool this is! I bought 2, one for upstairs and downstairs bathroom toilets. Very easy to install. If you are unsure about how to use or install, you can go to YouTube and do search on this product and watch their video. I'm 55 & have both my elderly parents purchasing one for their homes after they saw the video. You rinse off, pat yourself dry with far less bathroom tissue you would use to wipe and you feel cleaner and even refreshed. The video and these reviews are what sold me. I recently had surgery for pelvic organ prolapse and my recovery has been similar to childbirth with perineal stitches that need to be kept clean after using the facilities. It only uses cold water, so for those living in colder climates not sure how you would like that. But I live in SW USA and even though our home's central AC is on way more than the heat, the use of cold water has not been an issue. Highly recommend for new moms recovering from childbirth or anyone wanting a easier way to clean themselves after a BM.
I was able to install this in 5 minutes and it works great. My husband is disabled in a wheelchair and this will be a great help and hopefully we will go through less adult wipes!
I have had several of the under seat type bidet's and they usually only last a year or so before developing a leak and installation was kind of difficult for me as a larger woman and didn't work well for my husband due to inability to control the spray. This is worth the extra money and as an added bonus, it will work to help clean the toilet as we have the water saver type and it seems we sacrificed a clean bowl for saving water.
I live in Las Vegas, so the cold water isn't really an issue as our cold water is warm most of the time anyways!
My Butt is happy today!
Ok this is a little gross to talk about but I really love this Handeld Bidet. I had a seat bidet before but I renovated my bathroom and the high tech Toilet I bought has a fancy seat that I cannot replace. So I bought this one instead. I like it more than the in seat bidet.
1. Flexibility- you can clean front and back. I will not mention what but you know what I mean!
2. Different heads - you can select whether you want a more focused spray or less focused.
3. Installation - I couldn’t use tools to save my life but this took me 10 minutes to install once I read the instructions.
4. Adjustable pressure - you can control the pressure from the wand or from the level under the tank. Simply awesome.
5. Looks - it really looks good and matches my stainless fixtures.
6 Price - it is so inexpensive. It paid for itself after a month. No more Flushable wipes!!!
1. NOTHING!
Since buying my first, I have bought for all the toilets in my house. Much better than the fixed Bidet and easier to clean with a Lysol Wipe. Very highly recommended!
I wish I had discovered this thing years ago. I hate toilet paper now after using this and despise when I have to go anywhere but at home. Would be great if hotels would install something like this in their bathrooms because people need to discover what they are missing out on. The overall quality on this is good. Everything that should be metal is metal, everything else that should wear is made out of chromed plastic. Can only hope that the little mount holds up to use as it is plastic as well. So far it is showing no signs of fatigue after 7 months of use. Don't buy the cheaper kitchen sink sprayer. They look like garbage and I would imagine they perform as such in the long-term. Just spend the extra money and be happy with your purchase.
I love this item!! I cannot say enough about it. The item is of solid construction and design. It fits nicely in hand. I like that its not too bulky and very powerful if you wish to clean anything other than yourself this will definitely do the job. I have it mounted to the side of my toilet. I don't know how I ever lived without this. You'd think the cold water would be shocking but it's actually very refreshing. I wouldn't want warm water. This is amazing, I bought one for my sister and she loves it just as much. I feel like I want to do an infomercial on how great this is. Your hand stays far from your undercarriage because the wand is so long. So much better than the sprayer we used to have. (The dish looking sprayer) I would give this 100 stars if I could. Don't think about it. It's worth every penny. Buy It! You won't be sorry.
Wow!! Finally someone made a high quality bidet sprayer (not a kitchen sink sprayer) that is totally user-friendly with pressure controls on the sprayer. What a great design idea to put very easy to push thumb levers on both sides of the sprayer. This design really allows you to totally control the spray pressure with only your thumb for rinsing up and down. I also love the small diameter spay shaft and spray head that easily inserts under you bottom keeping your hand clean and dry. This was not easy to do with the last bidet sprayer we had that is basically a kitchen sink sprayer with the spray button on the back of the spray head. We also tried one of the bidet sprayers with a push slide button on the sprayer, where you push it on with your thumb and off with your finger. This design was a little better than the kitchen sink sprayer design, but didn't have any pressure control like the Aquaus 360 and the slide button was too close to the spray head. Also, the slide button spray pattern was too wide for bidet use. The spray pattern on the 360 is the perfect size to prevent overspray and cleans you very quickly. I highly recommend the new Aquaus 360. Very well made Bidet sprayer and very comfortable to hold for spraying in any direction!!!
THIS IS THE FIRST PRODUCT REVIEW I HAVE EVER LEFT AFTER MORE THAN A THOUSAND AMAZON PURCHASES. IT IS AMAZING!!! IT MORE THAN LIVES UP TO EVERY CLAIM BY THE MANUFACTURER. I HAVE TWO TOTO WASHLETS (TOILET SEAT BIDETS) AT $1500 EACH AND THIS HANDHELD DOES A SIGNIFICANTLY AND CONSISTENTLY BETTER JOB IN 10 SECONDS THAN MY WASHLETS DO IN 60 SECONDS. EASY TO CONTROL WITH MORE THAN ENOUGH PRESSURE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT I CAN MAKE IS THAT WHILE IT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE THAT NO TOOLS ARE NEEDED TO CONNECT THIS PRODUCT, IF YOUR SUPPLY LINE TO THE TANK IS THE OLD COPPER TUBING TYPE THAT OFTEN HARDENS TO WHATEVER SHAPE IT WAS BENT TO WHEN FIRST INSTALLED, IT MAY REQUIRE REPLACING THE SUPPLY LINE TO THE TANK WITH A FLEXIBLE FABRIC LINE (AROUND $4) IN ORDER TO ADD THE TEE AND RECONNECT IT. I PURCHASED AND CONNECTED THREE OF THESE SO FAR. I NEEDED A PLUMBER FOR ONE AND HAD TO REPLACE THE SUPPLY LINE IN ALL THREE. WHATEVER IT TAKES TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT IS WELL WORTH IT.
Who rates bidets? Well in this case......I DO! First off, this item took minutes to install without tools. This is the best hand held bidet I have ever used. Easy to use. I have control of the flow and with the extention I cannot go wrong. My other one leaked, as expected, since it was a converted kitchen device. This product is designed to do as expected. I have a bad back and this Aquaqus 360 is just what I've been waiting for.
